HARRIET OMODING founded Hom Consulting Limited in 2008, to help address the management challenges in the business environments with regards to  capacity building. As results-driven HR professional, Harriet is motivated to  perform tasks with excellence and attention to detail. Being both a strategic and conceptual thinker, she is able to use a variety of HR conceptual  frameworks to analyse and address challenging HR issues. As Senior Human  Resources professional; she has both hands on experience and strategic  exposure in Management of Organisations and Human Resources in particular in the private, public and NGO sectors.

Harriet Omoding has over 25 years of practical experience in Human Resource  Management, Human Resource development, HR analytics, corporate  governance, diversity and inclusion promotion, employee voice, employment law, learning development, performance management, organization design and development, job quality, reward strategy, skills development, technology,  wellbeing, workforce trends to mention but a few. She also boasts of project  management experience acquired while delivering various development  projects as Human Resources Specialist one of them being the “Talent  Management Programme in Uganda”. With Skills in client and customer  services delivery in an international setting she has proven experience in a shared service centre in international organizations like Stanbic Bank, Fina Bank and many others.

Harriet Omoding has broad experience in coordination and management of client, government and donor relations at administrative, operational,  managerial, strategic, and political levels.

She is proficient in logistical management, supply chain, administration,  operations coordination, and procurement, a Solid track record in  organizational change, policy and strategy development and is also quite

Skilled in delivery of trainings and capacity building activities as well as in  providing mentorship to staff. Harriet has Strong team leadership abilities, and uses new and innovative ways to lead successfully.

She possesses excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and  multi-tasking skills. She often demonstrates the ability to maintain effective  working relationships both as a team member and team leader.
