Mr. Patrick Ngolobe joins the Board of Baylor with 20 years of extensive experience in human resources, a career that has seen him work for top-tier companies in the market, including MTN Uganda, Uganda Breweries Limited (a subsidiary of East Africa Breweries and Diageo PLC), and Umeme Limited, showcasing his ability to drive organizational transformation and talent development. Mr. Patrick Ngolobe is a Managing Partner at Africa Executive Leadership Solutions, a consulting firm in human resources, organizational development, and business advisory services. He is President Emeritus of the Human Resources Managers’ Association of Uganda. Currently, he serves on the Human Resources Committee of the Board for FOWODE and the Smart Girls Foundation, among others. Mr. Patrick Ngolobe is passionate about building and enabling leadership to transform organizations and businesses, and he brings this conviction to the board and the team at Baylor.
